Was given a free comp. What to do with it

I went to visit my cousin last week and he had a old mac g4 450mhz sitting in storage unused. He said it didnt work but it was just somthing simple im sure i could figure out. Turns out there is nothing wrong with it and boots up first try. Its got tiger 10.4.2. as of right now, i dont really have a use for it. Does anywone have any ideas for this. Please dont say its a POS mac. cuz for free its works for me. Thanks for any and all help.

You're a golden member, been here for almost 2 years, and on the internet for who knows how long, and you don't know what Distributed Computing/Folding is?

Noob.

When you fold, you run a program that downloads a work packet from a central server, the computer crunches a bunch of numbers, completes the work packet, send it back to the sever, and repeats the process. The server takes all these work packets, combines them together, and looks to see if they have come up with a cure to a virus or something.

Thats not a bad idea, maybe ill do that. i kind of got the jist that it makes one super computer
