If you paid already, your credit card should reflect it. Make a copy of that charge and send it with your request. What you got was a canned response. Best use the phone, not the on-line crap. If you have the proof of having paid, go here and request a refund:

But yeah, if american roaming doesn't provide you your pin, you can call your bank and dispute the transaction on your debit card(your money is taken, you are trying to get it back)
