I don't get it. Spell it out for me.

Notice the echo of the words before Bush actually speaks them (as if he's feeding himself lines from a tape that was picked up by the mic)

Then look at John King's look of disgust at the end like he knows what's going on.

Anyone can add audio on top of any video. Since it never showed up on the news, I'd guess some kid made this. Do you know how hard it would be to give a speech while trying to listen to someone in your ear? He's not that good

That was my thought, too, but the voice even sounds a bit like Bush, himself. Could explain his stammers and pauses.

And why would John King shake his head in disgust like that?

Why couldnt it be that whoever made this video took out Bush speaking, put a filter on it to make it sound crappy like it was from a tape recorder, then copied Bush talking back in on top, only a few seconds ahead of the tape?

You're saying he must be feeding him words because King is disgusted, and King must be disgusted because Bush is feeding himself words...

That's a possibility. One I raised earlier. Also, note the topic title is a question.
