Warranty Period & Support Quality for NVidia GeForce3 Ti500 from Hercules, Gainward, Leadtek, Visiontek, PNY?

Anyone know the answers for the warranty periods and how are their support?

As far as I know, Visiontek provides a "lifetime" warranty and support through 1-800 numbers. I'm not too sure about the rest of the brands though.

While the Leadtek warranty is supposedly 1 year, it might as well not even have one. Below is the reply I recieved when requesting an RMA for a GeForce 2 MX Dh Pro which developed a problem after only 7 months.

Dear Sir
It is pity
Suggesting you ask the local dealer for a help
they will help you to test and repair the card

This was after 3 e-mails and furious quoting of the warranty in the manual. The previous 2 responses were the same, minus the "It is pity" part.
