How do I get my warranty from MSI? There is not a warranty card in my Ti4400 box. I know this is probably a dumb question but was just wanting to ask for the best way to take care of this.

Thanks

Check their website...you'll prolly need to have the serial number and other pertinant information handy. Btw, whats wrong with your card?

Nothing is wrong with my card, that I know of. I mean it is only 3 days old :)

It is rebooting and that is because of my mobo or PSU but I am a bit upset that a 300w psu is not strong enough.

The key here is quality and not quantity...you could have a 400 watt psu that will still cause you problems. 300 watt seems to be enough for your setup...however if its not a quality psu, then u will run into problems. The power supply is one of the most important component in your system if you ask me. btw, i've seen people run their systems stable on a 250 watt pc power and cooling unit with a much higher system spec than you. It's all about quality. Good luck with your MSI card...I have a MSI Ti4600 on the way soon.

I had to RMA a motherboard to MSI quite some time ago but at the time all I did was find the number to their service department and give them a call. I told them the problem, they gave me an RMA number, and I shipped it off the next day. Don't expect very quick turnaround times though. It took over a month to get my board back even though it was a very simple repair (FDD conroller died). But it was returned and repaired correctly the first time. Good luck!

I read off the MSI Technical Forums that the warranty with MSI is 2 years.
