When people get warned by moderators, do they get an email too? A lot of the time I don't revisit the same thread I posted in, so I don't catch when a moderator comments on it. I've had my post deleted and understandably so, and I don't want to go around being anymore stupid if I'm already on probation or what not. thanks.

I was going to suggest to click subscribe, but I'm not sure if a mod's comments would register as a new post...?

No, a mod's comments don't register as a new post, unless the mod makes his own reply, instead of editing yours.

Usually people do not receive a warning e-mail, their posts are just edited by the mods with the offensive parts edited out and some either witty or you're in deep sh!t post. The mods did e-mail me once saying I boo boo'd when in fact it was THEY who boo boo'd.

:)

Mods? Maybe one mod going through a mid-life crisis (sp?) and suffering from a multiple personality disorder...lol ;)

Ouch! Mods, any comebacks?

Pardon me, but we prefer to call it a mod-life crises

One thing I can never say about mods: they don't know how to be corny.

I think the policy should be to e-mail a warned party. I think my only banning could have been avoided easily if I had been alerted of a previous correction that had been requested.
