I'm not trying to scam. That's what was actually in the box. I even recently bought hardware from another member off this forum. My heat, while not that extensive, can be found here: http://www.heatware.com/eval.php?id=9268

Hell I just bought the same processor off of Amazon an hour ago when I saw that the package didn't contain one.
 
Tough call. Either someone is lying or ups stole it.

Did the package look like it was alteady opened and resealed?
