I work in a hospital, no I'm not a doctor, and was in the ER one day when a woman came in with a prolapsed rectum....let me tell you that it was disgusting....far worse than what that picture showed. I was talking to the doc who treated her and he was telling me that it's actually fairly common for elderly people to have this happen, especially women. It's normally no big deal to repair, but it is painful and NASTY!!!! The worse part of the ordeal I witnessed was the doc on the phone trying to explain what had happened to the woman's son. The guy must have been clueless because the doc finally had to break down and say "Ok, have you ever heard of the term blow it out your ass? Well that's what your Mom did." I was almost on the floor laughing when the doc said that....of course then I got grossed out again when I realized it was almost lunchtime....
my friend was working at our college weight room and some guy was benching a lot of weight, and doin the whole grunting thing... all the sudden a peice of crap flew out of his shorts onto the ground... the guy puts the weights back, PICKS UP the crap and walks out as if nothing happened

You should see the pic of an ascaris infestation I saw in Med Tech school. Ascaris is a large (3ft+) worm that's parasitic and lives in the human bowel. The pic was of a prolapsed bowel with hundreds of these worms coming out the patient's ass.
Ick.
But yep, it happens, and my instructors seemed to indicate that, though it's disgusting, it's not really a medical crisis.

UGH! Of course..... As im sitting here in the university library taking a break from studying, i look at the picture and come very close to vomiting. Less than a minute later someone near me farts like theres no tommorow, and now im utterly nauseous.

I take it you guys have never heard of male fisting (Men put their hands up their asses for pleasure, sometimes up to their elbows). My best friend (a lesbian) told me all about it, then showed me some pictures. That's exactly what a guys butt looks like after they fist. Most "fisters" call it a "Tulip".
