Do you have that annoying problem when playing cs? Do you have any idea how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The patch helped relieve them alot, but it still happens from time to time (not to me though). You just have to stay patient, cus I don't think there is a solution that I know of.

it may not be your fault entirely. i get that problem whether at home on cable or at school on T3. The server's connection may play a role.

DAM: I'm on @home cable right now and my neighbour, who's using DSL, complains that DSL sucks and admired me having cable.

JimmyEatWorld: What patch? Link?

psteng19: The servers I connect to are hand-selected and have ping < 80 ms.

But that doesn't mean that congestion does not happen. Especially to a server hosting many connections, packet collision is very likely.

it has to do with your connection, whether it be your ISP's fault or the servers.
Solution? Don't play there... and if that happens to all servers, its probably your fault... upgrade to wider bandwidth or see where your packets are stuck at.

you can try to set your "rate" down during heavy traffic times.

If all else fails, type "gg_money" into console :D
