Are all the good germs in yogurt dead if it becomes room temperature?
would there be any point to eat it?...except just as normal calories.
 
Dead? No.

They start growing exponentially.

If you left it out long enough, you'd end up with moldy cheese. 😛
 
How long has it been sitting out?

Edit: If it's a couple hours, there's nothing wrong with it. If it's a few days, I'd chuck it.
