I'm a little confusd....

I saw this deal on Techbargains, followed the link to CC, thought it was a decent deal, copied the link in my browser, and pasted it in my post here in this thread. How is it an affiliate link? I'm not in any way shape or form affiliated with any person or website. If it's embedded in the link somehow I apologize for my ignorance.

When you do that (post a deal site's link) you include an ID marker that gets the deal site a kickback for everyone that buys the item.

That's OK on their own deal site, where people know that the site will get the money, but not OK here.

BTW, $63.64 at Amazon.com (no rebates, no tax). I ordered one, came in OEM box, great card.

Stay away from CC rebates like this which require 2 or more rebates. You can only send original UPC for one, and the other one most always gets denied for NOT ORIGINAL UPC.

CC rebate - copy

and always make copies of your rebates. I have never had any problems getting my rebates. A call or two might be required, but i've always received them.

That is the "MCE" version that does not include a remote or software. This is the retail box with remote & software. But if you're right about the rebate then $80 is luewarm.

FYI, the MCE does come with a built in FM tuner that the regular one doesn't.

I got mine from Amazon a couple weeks ago. Works great.

Received mine also from amazon & although it does not include the remote, it does have an FM tuner & does come with the software & drivers for MCE.
