warm?? secondary PCI video card w/ TV tuner $26.50?

it should be, a tv tuner OR as a secondary for dual mon.

the secdonary display adapter is stripped of all but basic functionality due to the way DirectX(all branches) behave
 
Don't be so hard on yourself! Anytime you can get a legit video card for less than thirty it is a hot deal in my opinion. The card just has some limitations that dont apply to me but do to many others! LOL Alittle more memory and I would be tempted but my old 4MB Millenium card is better. Only problem is I can't use me DVD player as a DVD player!!!
 
It looks like a pretty good deal if you can get it to work with other operating systems. I've been looking for a cheap card that has RCA inputs.
