This doesn't have a built in camera, phone, fingerprint scanner, GPS, or giant "LASER." It is a nice small PDA (3.08" W x 4.76" H x .61" D x 5.25 ounces) with a nice color screen, decent main memory (flash so you don't lose data when the battery dies) that is easily upgraded and WiFi so you can surf at Starbucks without hauling around a five pound laptop.
If someone gets LINUX up and running on it then it starts looking a whole lot more fun and useful to me than a $250 PSP. Maybe the price will drop over time but I see a lot places listing these for $300 and while a 10% discount isn't exactly hot it is pretty warm for a new model PDA with a 320x480 screen, built in WiFi and a web browser.
