Darn fine HS (at least the AMD version). Not a great deal, but decent. I've often seen them new (and unopened) for right around that $20 mark. I think the last couple I've bought have been around $23 shipped.

+ super talent usb 2.0 3.5 inch interal memory card reader for 6.99

making the total shipped 46.xx - 15 dollar paypal = 31.xx for 2 arctc cooling freezer + reader a pretty hot deal

As an update I was wary of an "open-box" HSF thinking it would be beat up, not flat, or otherwise a waste of money but the item I received seems new. The TIM is in place, everything still had the original platic caps and the directions even seemed untouched.

Overall I think for under $20 this was a great deal.

I also received my open box, seems in good condition even included the installation instruction sheet. BUt the box is banged up though.
