I don't know how Best Buy is with new releases, but they have a $5 off any video game over $29.99 coupon in issue 163 of GamePro. Expires 6/1.
 
Spy Hunter is a hot seller? I see it on clearance at many places, and its over $40 at the site. Good deal on State of Emergency though.
