I was just ordering the Lite On 52/24/52 retail boxed burner for 51.75 w/2 day shipping, and noticed that they have Kingston HyperX 512MB PC2700 at $74 again, also w/2 day shipping. The dimm I bought a couple of weeks ago has run great at 2-2-2-5-1T at 333 fsb, as advertised.

might wanna mention the prices in your topic. helps ppl to see if it's a good deal or not.

i bought this memory a month ago (along with an amd barton 2500+ CPU) and an asus a7n8x mobo, this memory works great.

very stable. Nice to see i paid 74.50 and its nwo at $74

on the other hand i paid $175 for the 2500 Barton chip, now it sells for 130 which really urks me since no new chips have been released (xcept that opteron server cpu)... aaaaaaaaag , didnt htink there would be a 45 price drop on it so fast... oh well

I know somebody who is in the same boat - paid about $180 two or three weeks ago for the 2500+. Just think about all the people who paid over $200 for 512MB of Corsair's PC2700 a few months ago, and you'll feel much better.
