Amazon has them for $399 w/ free shipping:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00004Z9IG/qid=973291715/sr=1-7/102-9366251-2475350

Staples.com has them for $501: do a search for IM1105375 and you'll see it.

Price match that and use the $40 coupon will brings it down to $359 or $380 w/ tax.. shipped..

Or you can use the $15 off coupon and just buy it from amazon for $385.

I think it's better if you buy it from staples because you can exchange it at a local staples if it's no good. The cheapest that I've found it elsewhere is for $406 w/o shipping..

If you have a Firstusa Ecard, you can get 5% rebate for amazon purchases..

There is a $30 rebate but it's only if you bought it from microcenter:

Anyone know a better deal for this??

scamjefe - Nice find. $380 is a great price on this excellent monitor. I got mine for $374 shipped when Onvia had them for $399 - $25 coupon. Onvia has raised their price on the monitor and I don't think they have any active coupon, so your find of $380 shipped is a very good deal! 🙂

awesome! too bad i don't have enough money for a monitor right now. guess i have to wait until summer for my (hopefully) 21" fd trinitron. nice find scamjefe

I will personally vouch for this monitor. I'm using one right now and it is fricking incredible. I'll take it over my 21" Iiyama VMP any day. The refresh rates are amazing and it's soooooooo easy on the eyes. Love it!! =)

this is the best deal i've seen for it so far. i got mine for about this much using a 20% ECS rebate a while ago, but this tops it since you can go through amazon or staples, and no rebate hassles

Remember folks KDS has the CARES program they will ship you a monitor, then you can swap it.......for 3 years! I love my Avitron🙂

Isn't that like saying that you prefer your new VW Jetta to your Lexus GS400?

Aren't IIyama monitors considered some of the best, if not the best monitors out there?

No offense to KDS, but I thought it was a fair example, VW makes very nice cars for the money, maybe I should have compared it to the Passat?

Does this monitor have those two faint lines going horizontaly across the screen?

How noticeable are they?

How's the text on this monitor? I heard some people had to adjust the convergence or something like that. Is this monitor TCO '99?

Thanks.

IfI buy it from Staples.com for $489 ($501 - $40 coupon + $28 tax), and then if I pracematch it to Amazon.com ($399), how much will I get back for the difference?
Is it $90 ($489 - $399), or $130 ($529 - $399)?

ub4me - Call Staples up to place your order. That way you can do the PM and place your order at the same time and you know everything has gone through okay.

Dantzig,
One time I called them to place an order, but a CSR didn't accept my $40 coupon number. He said I must've used it online order not over the phone because they didn't accept that coupon by the phone.
Have you experienced same thing?

Can anyone vouch for the quality of the monitor? I'm kind of torn between this monitor and the Sony G400. If the KDS is somewhat decent compared to the Sony then I might get that.
