For you people who like to rape clsoing stores, K-Mart in Emeryville is closing it's doors. Not much in electronics left, but they got tons miscellaneous items at really good reductions. There was a whole wall full of in-line rollerblades ranging from $20-$40, great for people lookin to pickup the sport. I actually picked up a brand new copy of House of the Dead 2 for $15 - not a bad deal. Plenty of miscellaneous housewares and stuff too.

We had a K-Mart closing in my area a couple months ago. I picked up a bunch of socks for a couple bucks...nice socks too :)

The nearest Wal-Mart is in San Leandro, about a dozen miles away. But there is another "Super" K-Mart in the Fruitvale district of Oakland, only a few miles away.

I just hope Fry's opens a branch in the empty store. I hate driving to Fremont every time I need a piece of hardware that day.
