Xerox is giving out free $2500 printers to companies and individuals that print a lot of pages per month. Here's an excerpt:

Get the color printer PC Magazine says, "...should be in every office in the country". With its ability to produce two-sided documents in brilliant 1,200 dpi color with output speeds up to three times as fast as color lasers. This printer is ideal for any busy office.

In general, you're supposed to print about 2500-3500 pages per month and fax in a usage report. I know plenty of people that print a quarter of that and the rest they just set the printer to print off a few hundred double sided pages. If you want to do that, that's up to you but I think it might be fraud. In any case, this is an AWESOME AWESOME deal. I have one of these monster printers a few feet from me and I love being able to print off pages at 10ppm whenever I want ... did I mention FREE BLACK INK!!!!!! It's about as good as it gets. Um, major problem is if you fail to print enough you have to pay and you have to aggree to buy all parts and supplies from them. Great printer, too many strings attached.

To me, it looks like all you do is see if you qualify, then hope your printer doesn't crash so you don't have to pay for parts, and sure as heck hope you can print 3500+ pages per month (that doesn't seem to hard, I could do technical documents on processors and such for my business). I also like the free for life of the printer black ink. Is there anything I'm missing? I'm kinda wondering about the color ink...
 
I suppose this is that PHASER 860?

My boss got one and the quality is good. But it uses this Crayon like Wax for ink. You have to see it to understand. It seems like a great printer. But I know you have to buy this maintenence kit from time to time or the Printer Shuts down.
 
We did this deal at my office last year. We have the phaser 850. It was a huge leap from the 740, which we had been using. So far we've only had to buy toner. None of the time-limited parts have come up for replacement yet. The printer did break once. They sent us the replacement tray for free.

Considering that we didn't have to shell out $3k, I consider this a really great deal.

This looks like either a referal or a coupon code, both of which are not allowed...
 
I believe that program code allows you to get free black ink as the program has been changing recently.
