No. You can get an (external) adapter to go from CF to PCMCIA, but the power draw for a PCMCIA-based HD (I'm guessing on what you want to use with it) would probably fry it's poor little circuits.

The PCMCIA card I am talking about is a flash memory card much like a CF card except it has a PCMCIA interface.

My father-in-law has a PCMCIA device that plugs into an ISA slot and uses up a 5.25 bay of his desktop.
He keeps wanting to upgrade computers but not many motherboards have ISA any more.

What's missing from this list of media types? Also, can you get a reader that does every single type? How man would that be? I'd like to get one of these that reads everything out there.
