No, I received an email as below. No charges have been placed on my credit card. You should have gotten an email from them too.

i just got charged 4.95 by Sennheier today after checking my CC online. looks like they're shipping it.

I had a 5 dollar charge that I didnt know what it was, it usually takes a few days before i see where a charge is from. It must be the headphones.
 
mine just came today, weeee. theyre def a bit more comfy than my mx500s cuz theyre a bit smaller. im gonna burn em in for a while and see what kinda sound diff there is between these 300s and 500s.
