Two weeks ago, a local OfficeMax has it for $19 AR. With the $10 off $30 coupon, the final price is around $10. Currently, CC and BestBuy offer free modem AR for new broadbrand subscribers.
 
I guess it is warm for me cause I did it through staples to get a $130 rebate, and now i need a modem. Beats spending $60 on a new one.
