Newegg has a nice deal in their refurb section on the ATI All-In-Wonder 9600XT card.

-Card supports dual CRT's (or 1 CRT and a TV)
-128 MB DDR

I've had mixed success on Newegg shipping accessories with their refurbs, but the title says w/remote so I thought it might be worth it for someone looking for a decent video card. Worst case you can use the TV tuner if nothing comes (9600XT (NOT AIW) coming up at $120 on pricewatch).
 
the 9600xt requires a breakout dongle to even use a monitor with it and if it doesnt come with the refurb, you got to get it from ATi for $25 plus shipping just for that one piece to make it functional.
 
I think this is a good deal b/c I saw a used one in For Sale/For Trade for $150 that was getting some interest. And at least with NewEgg you can return it if it's DOA.
 
Newegg refurbed AIW cards don't usually include the accessories...this card isn't even usable without the multi-output cable...Should consider the cost of the cables and additional shipping/time before jumping on this one.
