Not sure if this is a great deal or not but 99.99 is 17 dollars less than any price on Pricewatch (30 less than MSRP) and is direct from APC. Unit is a 7-Outlet (4 Battery 3 Surge Only) 350VA USB Unit and appears to be on special direct from APC. Been looking for a USB unit for some time and I think Ill go with this one.
