Before I get flamed for posting a Tiger Direct deal, I'd want to mention that I have never had a problem with them. Also, there is no rebates involved with this deal, so it should be pretty safe.

EDIT: This one does not appear to have the DVI connector.
 
Just order this card from Overstock.com and then post the PM from Shentech.com as they have the same 110% PM policy that CC & the other B&M's have. You should be able to get it for around $70.00. What they do though is credit you toward your next purchase. If you find it lower in the next 30 days. That's what happened to me, is I found something for less a couple of days later. Give it a shot.😉
 
funny it looks like that card from tiger direct has half of the dvi connector behind the metal plate. I wonder if you could just get ahold of a dvi connector and just solder it on. Probably not worth the hassle though huh.
 
newegg has refurb MSI ti4200 with vivo dvi and vga for 85 shipped..its in stock right now. My friend got this last week and it came with all the acessories . YMMV ofcourse
