Yes, was considering it, I have a GF960, almost time to update, not sure I want to spend almost 400 on a graphics card though. Otherwise pretty good deal it seems.

still mad at the prices myself, 1080ti has been the best deal for the past 2 something years it seems @ about 500. Maybe in 2020 the 2080ti can be 500 haaaaaa

I would wait. Card prices continue to drop so pick a price point and just keep watching better cards fall into it until you get the one you want at the price you want. :D

My wallet and common sense thank you :D I resisted the deal above... Last 10+ years I've been able to update my best card for around $200, and then there is trickle down to all the boxes in the house... I figure I can wait until BF, then I may be able to pick up a 2070 for under 300.

Since about the mid 1990s, $2500 was the sweet spot for a killer system, and I've noticed it's come down some to about $1500 or so these days, but that's only $40/year on a whole system. Something to keep in mind as you find your own personal sweet spot. ;)
