The $20 coupon codes doesn't work on the website, I called once and they said they could charge my CC then refund the coupon code amount within 48 hours, I called a second time and they said they would just charge the price with the coupon code.

My first hot deal so sorry if I left something out.

I talked to an online CSR and she told me that since it wasnt working, to just place the order online and then she would credit my order. She stayed online while I placed the order.

Just ordered one over the phone for $59.99. The CSR said they were aware of the problem on the website and were working to fix it, but didn't hesitate to just take $20 off the order over the phone.
