Now I am looking for something that works exactly like that but only does everything on the PC. A computer is more than capable of doing this and the software would not be that hard to code.
 
That is for Space Hulk. I might buy that sometime but I want something for the regular Warhammer and Warhammer 40000 wargames.
 
Vassal online is the closest thing I can think of, it's an engine designed to recreate tabletop games on PC. Of course Games Workshop does not allow the module to be hosted on vassal's website, they're pretty protective of their IP. Anyway here is the link from vassal's page, looks like someone made a module for 40K but they had to take it down: http://www.vassalengine.org/wiki/Module:Warhammer_40,000

Other than that none of the games that GW has made/licensed are close to the tabletop game at all.
