Perhaps, but things are lookin dim for Mythic. Big layoffs, news of only 300k subs left....its just hard to recapture that momentum they let slip away in the first few months after release. Now, for someone like me who cancelled after 1+3 months, I won't even bother reading through the notes to see if there's anything that would make me want to try it again. The only thing I remember about WAR was sitting in Reikland War Camp bored out of my mind waiting for SP to pop......

Looks like it ,I'm playing Open beta version of Runes of Magic and I 'm having more fun then I ever did with Warhammer,patch updates are released quite quickly and even better the game is free for the most part(apart from cash shop).

Just to make a point, that's exactly how I felt about WoW. Bored out of my mind waiting for the raid to get together.

Just to make a point, that's exactly how I felt about WoW. Bored out of my mind waiting for the raid to get together.

you must have been on a low pop server...the second I log in, peopel constantly asking me to raid with them...granted I am pro heals

The first patch helped a ton, and it seems like there is still a lot of people leveling all the time. There's almost always a keep siege going on at lower levels (T2 or T3), I think the biggest thing that hurt WAR was releasing it too early. Basically the game is a lot more fun now just because a lot of the annoying bugs have been fixed, class balance has improved a lot and people aren't just scenario humping anymore. I got my friend who was playing the runes of magic beta to try and she is enjoying this a lot more, I don't think the game will ever achieve a huge playerbase like WoW but I doubt itll go under as it seems to have a smaller devoted playerbase.

This patch does sound good too, the first one improved the game a lot so I hope they can continue to make things better because at its core its a very fun game.

The list is nice but the problem with a MMORPG is you really don't get a second chance. Once you lose customers it is very hard to get them to come back.

I would say the best Mythic game was Dark Age of Camelot Damn I loved that game...
