Warding off a cold

It's that time of year again! I feel like I'm starting to get a cold (everyone else around has one) but it's one of my very close cousin's weddings this weekend. I normally (daily) do shots of yoni juice in the morning and sometime during the day have a cup of Emergent-C chock full of all the B and C's needed to ward off anything. I'm also going to go to bed early tonight and try and get some extra rest ... any other suggestions?

I know in the Northeast especially allergy season's onset is now, but I'm already properly medicated for that :)

Bundle up until you're constantly sweating and drink about 16 cups of water a day.

Whenever I feel a cold trying to get me, I buy a cartoon of OJ (if I don't already have one) and then drink. It's very simple to do especially if you already like OJ. Just drink a few glasses a day. I often will finish a cartoon in 2-3 days. And actually just about any juice with vitamin C will do, grape juice being one of my favorite alts and pinapple/OJ is pretty good (if you try it make sure to try guess what other flavors are in it).

Almost forgot! If you are feeling adventurous my dad would recommend a tbsp cayenne pepper and honey. He swears by it and in fact attempts to put cayenne pepper on just about everything!

You need Zinc. I think 18 mg/day is the rough ideal safe dose. I started taking a multi with that amount a while ago. I get maybe one cold a year.

Stay outdoors a lot, that should diminish the chance from getting the virus. People get sick because they stay indoors with infected people who spread the virus. If I felt I was starting to get ill, I would drink massive amounts of liquid (like OJ! It tastes good and you get lots of vitamin C which is easier for you to absorb than from pills)

I've heard that tequila can keep it away. I used to work with a lady that would take a shot anytime she was getting a sore throat or nasal congestion. I haven't tried it myself because I think I'd invent reasons to keep taking it.:p

Good, it wasn't just me.

Now its my turn- wear a surgical mask everywhere you go, and wash your hands vigorously and often.

Also, never touch your face.
