Not all Aes Sedai have relations with their warders. I believe it is the Green Aes Sedai who are the ones more likely to have more than one Warder and relations with warders is common among the Green.

They're just made up, and therefor do not have any relationship whatsoever, let alone a sexual one. Kinda like you.

Just go to the second book, but if your looking for a good read that doesn't drag on, go for George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" series. I think thats what its called. It's way better than Jordan's books.

I am interested this series for a number of reasons:
A lot of friends of mine seem to have read it
My Father saw him speak, so he read the first book, and loved it and quickly read all of them and really enjoyed them.
I will be going to school next to Robert Jordan's house.

Depends on the Aes Sedai, but for the most part Green Ajah are the only ones who have relations with their Warders.

Some yes, some no. As others have mentioned, it's mostly the Green Ajah. Myrelle is specifically mentioned as someone who gets it on with her Warders.

It's also mentioned that if a Green only has one Warder, she's typically married to him.

really enjoyed each and every single one? wow! the first 3 or 4 books are really good but then the next ones are all pretty awful. take the latest book, for instance. theres no plot. nothing happens. at all. its possibly the most worthless book i've ever read.

Don't worry, the series has gone to sh!t. He is dragging the books out as much as he can. The Sword of Truth series is better, the author doesn't spend two pages describing the stitching on womens dresses.

I didn't re-read it, although I may have to re-read the entire series before the next book, robert jordan seems to be taking his sweet little time writing these books (considering the harry potter series is getting to be about the same lenght as WOT and she pumps 1 out a year)
BTW, I dunno if you have read far enough yet, but soon you should understand my Nick :D

Ugh, don't even get me started on Sword of Poop. It's a good series if you like incredibly crappy writing (Wizard's First Rule had me cringing constantly at the terrible writing style), not to mention half the series seems to be a blatant rip of WoT:

The Keeper=The Dark One

Stone of Tears=The Seven Seals

Sisters of the Dark=Black Ajah

Collar used to control male magic users=Seanchan a'dam

Blood of the Fold=Whitecloaks

Jordan may be dragging along, but I'd rather read his worst book in the WoT series over the best book in the Sword of Truth series.

I think I read the first 5 books of the series before giving up. Just too damn long, I think the trilogy format is the most time I have to spend on any one series. However, the books were very entertaining and well written.

Greens marry them, the rest some have relations... but for instance, Lan and Moiraine, apparently he just sleeps around with other chica's, but not with her.

I think you have to be a green if you want to get married, the other ajah 's dont put up with that

SOT and WOt... both are fairly good. Who wrote what first? I see how they both have a lot of similar things though....

Just from looking at Amazon's website to get a rough idea, Jordan came first. I know Eye of the World came out in 1990 and Wizard's First Rule appears to have been published in 1994.

Exactly, I only read the first book but it seems so much like it's copied. The first book sucks so much that I didn't even feel like reading the second one. I had to really push myself to get past it. I think Terry Goodkind copied Jordan so much it's not even funny. Both of these authors seem to try to drag it out just to make more money. They both suck though especially compared to Martin's ASOFAI series.

I'll agree that Song of Ice and Fire continues to impress me and I can't wait for A Feast For Crows.

The Sword of Truth series has also gone down the drain. :( The Pillars of Creation book wasn't even about Richard. sigh
