WAR - Fail

I definitely wouldn't say it failed.
It is still #2 on sales charts only being beaten by spore.
If anything I think they went too far in adding new servers.
They added too many too fast because they were afraid of people being upset about waiting to play.

Which is their fault since they set an intentionally low limit at start on the servers and opened new ones when those low limits were reached.

Other than the obvious collision (which I LOVE) I just don't see a difference at this point. WoW could easily incorporate zone battles, which I believe they have in the xpac, and it would basically be the same game with far superior PvE. The class balance between factions is also much easier to maintain because the classes are exactly the same on both sides if you exclude racials.

I'm not giving up on WAR completely, hell I'm only R12, but if I'm already getting bored at R12 I don't feel like it's going to get much better once the xp curve starts to kick in. I want to like this game because i'm ready for something new but in all honesty this game doesn't feel like anything new to me, at least not right now.

Not sure how WoW's PvE is superior as far as questing goes. It seems exactly the same to me. Go here, kill this. Go there, pick this up. The raids may be surperior but who knows. I've never been in a WAR pve raid. WoW raids are fun but quickly become boring and if I may say, pointless. Unless the Xpac is really awesome and different, I wont bother.

WoW class are all the same on both sides however. Boring.

WAR is fun.
 
this game is better than aoc, i'm still playing. other people already addressed your points... so i won't repeat.

War can use some improvements of course..like most games... as of right now, the fun factor is still strong enough for me to continue to pay to play.
