I have always been a staunch supporter of Newegg and, in fact, about 85% of my latest upgrade purchases came from them (the other 15% mostly because they were OOS). However, thinking that I bought the wrong revision of a motherboard from Newegg I re-purchased it from ClubIT (who guaranteed the correct revision). I later found that I was mistaken and called ClubIT to cancel the order.
Fully expecting to hear the usual - you can't cancel the order you will need to RMA it and pay a restocking fee - instead I got a live, English speaking, intelligent person who was helpful, friendly and more than willing to cancel my order. They seem to have excellent stock, extremely competitive prices and great CS. I will be using them more in the future.
While I love Newegg, competition is a good thing.
