Wanted: HOT DEALS on RDRAM.

Before you get flamed to death, you probably want to post this in the IWANNA stickied to the top of the thread list. That thread is for requests for various deals.

EDIT: AJPatel beat me to it 😉

besides, there aren't any hot deals on RDRAM... you're gonna get raped. take pleasure in knowing you have a faster system than the (much) cheaper DDR. well, unless you're on PC800 😛

Newegg has Samsung Original 256MB 32-bit RDRAM for $78, pretty good price if you ask me; on the upgrade side, I'm going to assume you want the 16-bit (need 2 of those and a terminator pair): Kingston 256MB 800MHz RDRAM is $82.50 a stick.

Welcome to the AnandTech Hot Deals Forum. Before you post, please take some time to read the rules for this forum.

Unlike websites devoted to coupons, bargains and "deals," AnandTech Forums are computer oriented forums. Our Hot Deals forum is provided as a convenience to our members. That is why most popular posts are for Hot Deals for computer-related items.

What is a good topic for a new thread?

New threads are for posting the deals you have found. We also have four ongoing threads at the top of the forum for other types of posts:
 • ~~~~ Rebate Tracking Thread ~~~~ to ask for, or post information about, current rebate programs.
 • ~~~~ IWANNA ~~~~ to ask for hot deals on the items you want.
 • ~~~~ How Do I ~~~~ to ask how to price match, etc.
 • ~~~~ Brag & Moan ~~~~ to rave about your great experience or complain about how badly you were treated.
If you are looking for deals on particular items, please use our search engine.
