Want to upgrade MOBO.

I am currently running a slot 1 333@416 mhz Celeron Processor
With 96 megs of ram
TNT2 Ultra (AGP)
And 3 PCI cards
All this on a cheap Legend QDI mobo!
I need a Slot 1 mobo that will get my cele to 500, and even beyond
What do you people suggest? Looking to spend $90-100

I suggest that you get a new CPU. Chances are your new mobo will only get you maybe 50MHz at most. 100 if you're really lucky. At that rate, why not just buy a new mobo/cpu combo and boost your performance by over 100%? A Duron 600 ($50) + MSI K7T Pro2a ($111) will only cost marginally more, and it will be a helluva lot faster for a minimal additional expenditure (expecpt you may need to buy RAM).

Second that. For $100(US, I assume), go for a faster Celeron and a slotket that adjusts voltage. If your motherboard is really troubling you, save up for a new board and chip - Duron is a good bet these days. Most Celeron 333's won't make 500 with any board or cooling solution.
