How do i make sure they are COMPLETELY GONE... cause it sorta messed a few thing up for me under XP! DAMN IT! :|

Thanks

run the setup program, select the same drivers you did when you installed, and then click the uninstall radio button instead of install.

<< << No need to install the 4-in-1's or the AMD AGP driver in XP. >> >>

Because XP supports it natively.

<< You mean the VIA chipset >>

Yes for most. Im not sure if there is support for the KK266 chipset in XP. Chipsets like the KT133 and KT133A are supported.

So if VIA keeps releasing updated 4-in-1s would it be wise to install the newest ones even if there is native support in XP? Which version would come with XP?

Neither, MS wrote their own drivers for the supported VIA chipsets. Its up to you on what drivers you trust. My personal experiance has shown me that MS writes better drivers even though they are not as fast as the counterparts but are more stable.

the xp via drivers are great... fast and stable. the geforce2 drivers were ok, but i noticed some minor pixel discoloration when moving mouse over text so the cursor switched between the arrow and the "I" - the new detonators fixed that

Thanks for the info. XP is starting to look better and better. Come Oct. 25, it will be $5 well spent thank to my university's MS agreement. 🙂
