I remember blasting with .223 one time, and we had some plastic milk jugs full of water.
This one jug split right on the seam all the way except right at the cap, and launched off the stump striaght up about 15 feet. The cap stayed on, and the two halves were flapping like wings as it came down.

I had the video camera set up on a tripod about halfway between me and the watermelon for that shot (and about 15-20 yards off to the left of the target). I wanted to make sure the camera was far enough away that it wouldn't get showered with watermelon guts.
