It also has to do with the TruePower 430 slowing down my case fans... my max case temp before was 22C, now it's 28C... so I think I'm going to plug the fans into a regular power connector and not use the fan only connector. It's noticeably quieter like this... but I don't care that much about the noise level. Hell, I've lived with it for over a year like it was before and never had a problem with it.
Very good idea. I never used mine, they got wire tied out of the way about 30 seconds after I got the last psu screw tightened!

It's a nice feature... if my CPU fan, video card fan, and hard drives didn't make so much noise :D

I just wish it would crank them up sooner... like... at 22-25 degrees... I don't think they even spin up at 28 degrees... just the fans in the PSU do.

I don't see why people say Mushkin Lvl 1 PC3500 is good.. I can't overclock it 5 mHz past stock or it will be unstable and sometimes my system won't even boots. I thought that these chips were CH-5 so they couldn't handle over 3.0V without frying??????? I'm just curious because I'm stuck at stock speed pretty much and I would like to get this fixed... Right now I'm running my 2500+ mobile at 11.5x218 (2507mHz) at 1.7v... But I'm trying to squeeze as much performance as possible out of my system :)
