Want to make a nasty letter of resignation

I find that I better communicate problems I have and just anything in general though writing. I want to create letter of resignation (2 pages or so) with bulleted list indicating all the problems as to why I'm leaving and Italicizing key harsh words.

However, when looking online I find many say not to do this. What do you guys think?

Burning bridges is NOT a good idea. You never know when it will come around to bite you in the butt.

If you don't need the references and are confident that your boss doesn't know anyone where you want to be, go for it. Start it off with a big F U.

I also have a lot on my table (programs, applications) and there are certian things that I only know and no one else and must be completed by next month to keep the organization within state requirements.

Then I'd make sure that your next boss got a copy of the resignation notice....anonymously of course

Are you going to stay at your new job forever? What if your boss is replaced by someone who is close to the people at your current workplace? What if you try to obtain a better position and the hiring managers/executives are friends with the people at your current workplace? It's NEVER a good idea to burn bridges. Grow up, and let it go. It's not like they murdered your mother.

With the type of investigation work that can be done today, you won't have to tell him anything.

A resignation letter serves one purpose only, to inform HR when to take you off the payroll. Any other intended use for it can be used against you later.

The exit interview is where they ask for your feedback. If you want, it may be useful to write an essay that details the inefficiencies that led to your dissatisfaction. However, understand the management involved already know those inefficiencies exist and have accepted them. You telling them what is wrong will not change their minds. They will just view you as a wildcard who is unable to adjust.

When someone wants to be unhappy, they can always find reasons.

I work at one of those companies (bolded). I also can't adjust as well.

Not a good idea. Just make it a single line sentence stating when your last day will be.

You may be under the impression that they give a damn about what you think, but you are, unfortunately, mistaken.

Any job you can throw away like this is probably a no skills necessary situation that is probably filled with high schoolers.

Let me break it down for you.

You get a job.
You go to work.
You are compensated for your time.

That's all there is to it, and if you don't like it, you're welcome to opt out an any time and the next person will take over. Like I said, they don't give a damn what you think. (And to top it off, whether they are performing their job properly is the discretion of their bosses, not you.)

Yup, if I don't like the job or even hate it that's what I do. If I enjoyed it I will actually give thanks for the opportunity and best wishes and what nots.

Bad idea. If you get pissed off enough to blow up at work and chew out your boss, fine. Not a great idea but you get it off your chest. But don't fucking put your pissed off stupidity in writing. Ever ever ever. You just look like an idiot.
