want to learn a new tie knot

Ok, I actually don't know how to tie one at all... I've successfully managed to avoid tying a tie until now, my accounting job requires me to wear a tie. What knot should I learn? I'm not scared to learn, just never had a need till now.

i normally do a half windsor and it doesn't look that balanced or good

Just taught a few scouts how to do a one-handed bowline. Its a permanent loop knot.
