Want to buy my first pack of cigarettes. What to get?

Cigarettes are probably the worst drug in the world. It's the least potent, one of the most addictive and has cancer as a side effect. If you want nicotine, there are far more intelligent ways to get it. It does make you look cool though.

How about instead of starting to smoke, we get one of the resident 2nd Amendment/Concealed Carry wonks to loan you a handgun to use on yourself instead? It will be less painful for you, your estate will have more money (since you won't be flushing it on cigs), you won't endanger others with secondhand smoke, and you won't waste valuable medical care resources.
