Want to build a pc?

hi Everybody,
I want to build a pc that can do following function
1) rip a Dvd(4Gb) in less than 1hr
2) Video editing in powerdirector without hassel.
3) Midrange gaming
4) Full HD Movie playback without hassel.
I am newbi so i have chosen some component
1.MOTHER BOARD= ASUS P877-VLX
2. CORE I5 3570K
3.CORSAIR VENGENCE DDR3 4gb x 2
4. corsair VS 450 (PSU)
I want comment on this combination. Also any new radical Config also welcome.
My buget is 40k INR. Except monitor.

Total: Rs. 39.4k

I decided to go heavier on the CPU and lighter on the GPU sine you ranked encoding and video editing as higher than gaming. I also went with Nvidia over AMD because CUDA is more likely to be supported in editors and encoders than OpenCL.
