Want CPU+MoBo+Ram $250~ shipped?

Looking for an upgrade to an old PC. I want my GPU to be the bottleneck for once. Im willing to do light to moderate OC. Id like to spend $250~ USD shipped. Ill consider rebates.

Relevant Current Hardware:

• CPU: A64 3000+ @ 2.2Gh
  GPU: 8800GTs (G92)

Why spend $250 when you can get out for <$180? This setup should OC to 3GHz easily on stock cooling and you'll be amazed at the performance increase in both gaming and general use. If you're running on a 3-4 year old PSU I would recommend upgrading that as well (OCZ 500W $25AR).

I probably wont go too cheap on the mobo. (maybe around 90-100) as i meek my mobos through 2-3 CPU upgrades. The RAM and the CPU I'm leaning more tword now than E7300 i was thinking of. I could always upgrade that later. Dicicions decisions... Im off to look at motherboards.

You might want to try the Gigabyte P-31 mobo. The micro mobo goes as low as $55! and have excellent OC'ing too. Search Newegg.
