Not only will fireworks need a environmental assessment done but most of the special events and park-use permits will need one done also.

The EXTREMEist environmental movement scores another win and continues its advancement of pushing civilization back to the stone age. (I was going to say hunter/gatherer says but gathering would impact the environment too much).
 
Hey look, random forum crazy person takes single judge's ruling that is widely unpopular in the state and declares that California is communist because of it.

If this is actually upheld on appeal, the laws will be changed. This would deprive you of your outrage at the LIEberals though, so by all means, carry on.
 
Not to mention all the colors in fireworks come from heavy metals...not to mention all the oxidizers in the fireworks (perchlorates, anyone?). Yeah, firework fallout is actually a problem. Way to not understand the issue.

I knew it was Kalifornia before I even clicked. This was a state you used to be able to buy anything and could 4x4 on beaches when I was a kid how far it has fallen.

We used to go to Avila Beach with our trucks, girls, pallets to burn beers to drink and other substances and loads of fireworks...good times.

Do you realize the amount of pollution necessary for you to make your 1,700+ internet post? All the parts to make your computer, all the pollution from producing the electricity, workers driving to and from work, mining for materials, plastic production, etc, etc, ...
