WAN Emulator ?

Does anybody knows a Good WAN Emulator ?
I am looking for a Route mode, where I can have Interface A Which represent Data Center. Interface B can represent where client are trying to connect Data Center. Then I will induce Latency Packet Loss and Bandwidth.
I been told Network Nightmare is a perfect software for that.
For some reason I can't get hold of it.
Can you guys can recommend me any thing ?

I use WANEM for this: http://wanem.sourceforge.net/

Works very well. I use it for proving out DC replications, etc. It has the latency, packet loss, drops, and the like that you can control directly from the GUI.

I thought of Linktropy Mini Seris2 but it is 2K USD!
