Have anybody tried it? Need to connect two networks. Would like to have two WANs on two hubs talking to each other. Any theoretical/practical consideration? Is it possible? One cross cable one regular or both crossed? Thanks for help.

Your post is not clear (to me anyway) about what it is you're connecting, and how you intend to connect 'em.

Please consult a glossary and try your request again.

Many thanks,

Much better now...thanks. My brain hurt after the first iteration....

Other than bandwidth considerations and potential security issues, it's about as easy as it looks. Access-Points should plug into a hub/switch with a straight-through cable.

You should make sure your APs have some facility for multi-zone networking or wireless bridging. If they're not multi-zone (or wireless bridge) capable, and you have two (or more) APs with the same SSID & such that can see each other, bad things happen and they won't talk. Rumors of causing rifts in the Space-Time fabric have been floating around for a while, but I haven't personally seen it happen.

Good Luck
