Enh, it won't be the end of the world for the employees. I somehow doubt there would be an unemployment office that would deny someone benefits because the place they worked at burned down. Besides they'll have a new Walmart built in less than a year.
Walmart will probably try to place some of them but a lot won't have cars to get to other stores and even then most stores won't take them because it would interfere with their labor to sales ratio.

I feel sorry for their employees but I don't feel the slightest bit sorry for Walmart.
