I usually do this too. Digital Camera/Google Search + Photoshop. DigitalBlasphemy is nice, but everyone uses them.

The Air Force website turns out some really great pics in very high resolutions, makes for awesome background with little/no Photoshopping. Example.

I'm also a fan of the exotic car wallpapers. 🙂 Another example.
 
I use the default blue background of the Windows Classic theme. Never been a fan of wallpapers. 🙂
