The only important things I had were my drivers license, credit cards, and bank account number all which have been cancelled.

Is it even necessary to put fraud alerts on the 3 major credit agencies?
 
Unless your SS# was written on your DL I don't see a reason too. On the other hand, you can free trials for most of the credit watch programs so it might be worthwhile to use one.
