Keys in left front, wallet in right rear (accept in the city, in which case right front). Change, if any, in right front. Another right haded person here...

Ahaaaaaaaaaaaaay...! (Think Happy Days..the Fonz)

Perhaps I should have used a smiley...um, no I don't carry a comb. Surprisingly, my hair doesn't require much maintenance so that would be overkill. But thank you sir for asking. :D

OK. I was worried for a minute, I thought it had been 10-15 years since people did that. :)

I live in a small town, well compared to cities, its about 40,000 people. I still carry in the right front. After going to Chicago, and watching some guy TRY to pick my granfathers rear pocket, I started carrying in the front. Of course the pick pocket didn't fair to well against a 70 year old man. The kid was maybe 19-22, and it was getting onto the train, he went in to get the wallet and my granfather felt it. He turned, grabbed the kids wrist an made the kid drop the wallet. It was then that he twisted the kids arm behind his back and dropped him to the ground. Then the security guards showed up, and the arrested the kid.

I guess you don't mess with old codgers from Montana... the guy is still one tough mofo.

Left rear when I know where I'm at and feel safe. Keys and money clip in the left front. Cell phone in the right front. Wallet in the left front when I'm in a crowded place, and my hand is in my pocket. Try stealing my wallet with my hand on it.

Warrenton, my dad had a similar experience on a train in Madrid. He was setup, one guy dropped something in front of him as he was getting off the train to stop him. Another guy was behind him. He sensed something was up, and shoved the guy in the front over and just walked over him. We got off the train and he asked us if we had seen what had happened. Nope. Not like anything was in his wallet. He kept important stuff in one of those under the arm holsters under his shirt (passport, Army green card, credit cards, money).

I have a front-pocket wallet that goes (tahdaaah!) in the front right pocket. Keys in left front, spare keys in right front. After all, what are spare keys gonna do for you if they are locked in your house and you live alone?
